It represents the framework that integrates technology, data, processes and people to support the organizations.
The peopleware refers to anything that has to do with the role of human element within the organization. Program development or use of computer software and hardware systems, including developer's productivity, teamwork, group dynamics, project management, organization factors, human interface design and human-machine interactions. They are human capital with individual skills and expertise that drives the effective utilization of the information system within the organization.

It is the employees within the organization that have the skills, know-how and expertise. These individuals must be acknowledged for each contribution in adapting the ever-changing technology and market dynamics. They are the one who collaborate with systems and the end user requirements. The organization must create a culture that will recognize individual's contribution in maximizing the system to its full potential capability.
